PROJECT BOUNDARIES:

AL-Yasmine Project is located in the Second Tourist Village, which is considered one of the most distinguished sites within the Sixth of October City. On its eastern side, it is bounded by the Dream Land Project which contains the World Golf Courses and an Amusement Park, the First of its kind in the Middle East. On its western and southern sides, Al -Yasmine Project is bounded by the Gardenia Park Project and Al-Nassayem Project, both of which are projects for the construction of villas solely, signifying a low population density. Similarly the First Touristic Village has also been designated for the construction of villas. Moreover, the site is situated adjacent to the Cinema City, Dar El-Fouad international Hospital, the Misr University of Sciences & Technology, numerous Private Language Schools and the Sixth of October Wholesale Market.

ROADS LEADING TO THE SITE:

1-The 26th of July Axis, commencing from Lebanon Square of Al-Mohandesseen, in Giza, up to the entrance to Sixth of October City. Thus, the time for arrival at the site would be 15 minutes from downtown Cairo – along Mohandesseen.

2-Al-Wahat/El-Fayoum Highway, via the two roads of Faisal & Al-Haram as the Project lies at a distance of 12 km. From Al-Remaya Club Square.

3-From the end of the Ring Road ( via El-Monib Road), the distance from Cairo Airport to the Six October City would not exceed 35 minutes.
